Terms & Conditions
The clear version of how this works.
These terms govern the Happy Mat Club website, ticket alert list, and events presented by MOVNET in San Francisco.
Last updated August 20, 2026
1. Who we are
Happy Mat Club is a MOVNET event series. In these terms, “Happy Mat Club,” “MOVNET,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the team operating this website and organizing the events. You can contact us at zuzanna@joinmovnet.com.
2. Using this website
By using this website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You may use the website only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or misuse our content or forms.
3. Ticket alerts are not tickets
Joining the alert list does not reserve a place at an event. Our first listed gatherings are complimentary, but advance registration and a separate confirmation are required because capacity is limited. Event dates, times, venues, instructors, partners, and programming may change. We will share the applicable registration details when each event opens.
If we later offer paid tickets, the price, taxes, refund rules, and any event specific terms will be shown before purchase. A purchase will be complete only after successful payment and a confirmation email.
4. MOVNET account and communications
When you join through this website, the information you provide is sent to MOVNET to add you to the relevant waitlist or newsletter and reserve a MOVNET account for you. When the platform launches, we will email you a link to set up that account. Marketing email is sent only with your consent. You may unsubscribe through any marketing email, but we may still send transactional messages needed to confirm a signup or event registration.
5. Physical activity and event participation
Happy Mat Club includes guided breathwork and physical movement. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Consider your own health and consult a qualified medical professional before participating if you have a health concern, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you. Follow instructor and venue directions, work within your own limits, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort.
Event attendance may require acceptance of the participant waiver shown during registration or check in. The advance review copy is available on our Waiver page.
6. Conduct and eligibility
Treat guests, instructors, staff, venue teams, and partners with respect. We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave for unsafe, unlawful, harassing, disruptive, or discriminatory conduct. Eligibility and age requirements will be stated during registration. A parent or legal guardian must complete any required consent for a minor.
7. Partners, gifts, and third party services
Instructors, venues, sponsors, and other partners may provide parts of an event independently. Partner samples, goodie bags, refreshments, and activations are subject to change and availability and are not guaranteed. Links to MOVNET, Instagram, registration tools, venues, or partner services lead to third party services governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Photography and media
We may photograph or record events. Any event specific media notice or consent will be presented during registration or check in. Tell the event team when you arrive if you do not want to be deliberately featured, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request.
Event photos and videos may be shared with our event partners, such as venues, studios, and brands, who may use them to promote the event and their own activities on their channels. Partners may not sell them.
9. Our content
The Happy Mat Club and MOVNET names, visual identity, text, photographs, graphics, and website materials belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, sell, republish, or use them commercially without written permission.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Claims connected with physical participation are governed by the event waiver. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these terms when our events or services change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law principles, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving San Francisco, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
