Privacy Policy
Your information should never be a mystery.
This policy explains what Happy Mat Club and MOVNET collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Last updated August 20, 2026
1. Who is responsible for your information
Happy Mat Club is a MOVNET event series. MOVNET operates this website and the connected signup service. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to zuzanna@joinmovnet.com.
2. Information we collect
- Alert list information: your email address, optional first name, and whether you join as a guest, wellness professional, or studio or brand representative.
- Partnership inquiries: your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and any company, phone, website, social profile, city, or event details you choose to provide.
- Technical information: our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed to deliver and protect the website.
Anonymous usage statistics: we count how the website is used without cookies. For each page you open we record the page address and the address of the page that linked to it, both without any query string or fragment, plus your browser language, time zone, screen size, and the time. When you join the alert list or send a partnership inquiry we also record that a form was sent, with only the joining option you chose and whether you arrived through the MOVNET signup link, or the inquiry type. Nothing is stored on your device (no cookies, local storage, or session storage). We send no identifier that could recognize you or link your visits, and no name, email address, message, IP address, or browser user agent goes into these statistics. They are processed for us by Wisent's analytics service. We do not use advertising cookies.
3. How we use information
- validate your request and add you to the appropriate alert list;
- reserve your MOVNET account and, when the platform launches, email you a link to set it up;
- send Happy Mat Club event alerts and MOVNET updates when you consent;
- respond to partnership requests and tailor follow up to the role you selected;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
- comply with law and protect people, venues, and our services.
Where consent is the basis for marketing, you may withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
4. When we share information
We may share information only as needed with:
- MOVNET systems that manage the waitlist, newsletter subscribers, and magic link accounts;
- hosting, database, email delivery, security, and other service providers acting for us under appropriate instructions;
- event partners, such as venues, studios, and brands, who receive event photos and videos to promote the event and their own activities;
- authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- a successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.
5. Event registration and waivers
The forms on this website collect alert list and partnership inquiry information, not a ticket purchase or signed participant waiver. When registration opens, a separate registration or electronic waiver provider may collect attendee, emergency, health acknowledgement, signature, or payment information. The fields, provider, and applicable privacy notice will be shown before you submit that information. Payment card details, if paid events are offered later, will be handled by the payment provider rather than stored on this website.
6. Retention and security
We keep alert list information while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for suppression records, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Other records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You may unsubscribe from marketing through any marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. California residents may ask what categories of information we hold and request correction or deletion, subject to legal exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Send a request from the email address involved to zuzanna@joinmovnet.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
8. Children and international visitors
The alert list is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can delete it. This service is operated from the United States; visitors from elsewhere understand that information may be processed in the United States, subject to applicable safeguards.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the website, event registration, or our service providers change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Questions and requests may be sent to zuzanna@joinmovnet.com.
